Great customer service. Prompt thorough and fast. My transmission failed and when I called for a quote, ER Automotive quoted a fair price and stuck to it. My truck was in and out within two days. I live in south Austin and will happily head out to Cedar Park for repairs at ER Automotive in the future.

I found this place through a friend’s referral, and I’m really pleased with these guys. I’ve been giving my cars at this shop for the past several years, and they haven’t disappointed me.They’re really good people to work with - Archie, Chris and Eric are always honest, considerate and respectful. They’re always upfront on the issues, and explain in detail if something needs immediate attention. They’re even willing to give a ride if you live in the Cedar Park area. Great job ER team !
Honest, fast service. Another mechanic had told me I needed some work done and I came to ER on the recommendation of a friend and got a second opinion. They told me it wasnt necessary and I've been a loyal customer ever since. Later when I did have a necessary repair for something else, they did an outstanding job of communicating with me frequently and they even worked out everything with my warranty company for me. Can't say enough good things about them.
I will only bring my cars to ER Automotive! I don't leave many reviews, but the service I received at this buisness is too good not to review. Eric, the owner, is hands-down the nicest mechanic I've worked with. Eric, Archie and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. I don't know much about cars, so I rely on my mechanic to be honest. ER Automotive is the first place I've visited where I don't feel like I'm getting screwed. Even though I'm leaving the Cedar Park area and moving to South Austin, I will always make the drive up to see Eric and his staff. Thanks guys!!
