I love Ross! This location has been great in my opinion. Very organized for a Ross and the employees are friendly.
Amazing customer service at this location. Nice selection of merchandise as well. The store was clean, the aisles were free of merchandise, shelves were maintained and every department I visited was VERY organized. I've never been in a Ross as "neat" as this one! Kudos to the management & employees!
Great variety of merchandise in one place at reduced prices, including brand names. Quality varies so it may take time to find the right item.
Today I am standing in queue in Ross with 23+ people in queue, but only 2 billing counters open out of 6 on this busy weekend. Guys pls improve customer experience, it's not expected that customers are waiting for 20-30 min to get their one item checked out.
If I could rate a solid ZERO I would !! The employee by the name of JOYCE was incredibly rude when we questioned what the actual price of an item was.. price was $12.99 and it also had a 6.99 - Another employee clearly read that the description of the $12.99 did not match with the item I was purchasing and Another employee said the the item was 8.99 and yet Joyce was trying to give us the item for 12.99 when it clearly wasn't the correct price. JOYCE was rude as we decided not to take the item she turned around and said "THERE YOU GO PROBLEM SOLVED " quite sarcastically . They really need to pay attention to the way they mark their products it just shows how unorganized the employees at this location are..
