All sales staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Made the hectic day a bit easier. Found everything we were shopping for with direction from staff.

Do people really get helped here? I left this store a bad review a couple of years ago. Worst service. Rude service. Anyway, a product I wanted listed Best Buy as a retailer. I figured that staff had turned over so I would try them again. Plus I didn't wanna drive halfway across town at 5pm. I could not get somebody to look at me. Only people I did get to talk to would only point me to the part of the store the product was in but not find me help. I stood staring at the home security cameras trying to flag any employee who made eye contact. If they caught my gaze, the eyes would go straight to the ground and their pace would quicken so I couldn't run them down. The store was practically empty. People literally sitting in different departments. Done with this location. Going to try the Cap Tx location after work. If they are no better, I guess I will join the world and buy online. Damn shame though.
