Ordered flowers for my Mother's 91st birthday. This was the UGLIEST arrangement I had ever seen. 7 long stem red roses and eucalyptus stems which were so long they overpowered the roses although there were only 2 of them. There was also some white filler flowers but the whole arrangement was awful! I wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone. Cost $97.00! I went to Randall's and bought a beautiful arrangement with pink roses, daylilies, and some other beautiful flowers for $39.99. Should have done it in the first place. The roses died within 2 days, the Randall's arrangement still looks beautiful after 6 days!!!!!
I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's day, a beautiful arrangement in a beautiful vase it was perfect. What was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand they have a disclaimer saying they may have to substitute flowers if they are unavailable, but this was ridiculous. Everything I liked about my arrangement was switched out. The entire color scheme changed including the beautiful vase, it wasn't even pink or red. Come on, stick with Valentines day colors. The flowers went from pink/red to white and yellow. I would think a florist would understand that color means everything, so thank you for changing my valentine's day gift from affection to something else. For $105 I would expect better.
My family has been ordering floral arrangements from Carleen Wells (owner) for over 13 years and we have never been disappointed in her work! She is always doing her best to please her customers. Also, the manager of the Cedar Park location is an artistic genius in designing the floral arrangements!
In response to "A Google User," I would love to point out to you that Bloomin' Across Texas does not and NEVER has sold fruit baskets. So either your employer ordered a fruit basket from another floral company or you are merely someone motivated to give Bloomin' Across Texas a bad reputation (a floral competitor perhaps?).
Ordered some flowers early Saturday morning with same day delivery. Needless to say they never arrived. Tried calling but they closed at 2 pm and will not be open again till Monday. I am very disappointed since it was my girlfriends dad death anniversary and I wanted to cheer her up. Now I have to mess with trying to cancel the order and figuring out what to get her.
They did an amazing job!! Needed a same day pin on corsage for my step daughter's NJHS induction ceremony. Called and they had it ready within 30 mins and it was beautiful and very great price! Absolutely love it and so will she!
I understand valentine's is a busy time, but I would have liked them to at least stick with the theme. It was a beautiful arrangement, it just want not a valentine's day type arrangement and it was not what I paid for.
