Don’t recommend anyone to buy from here. They added me to some protection plan saying everything ll be undertaken... blah blah... but when I called them to clean my stains they responded me they ll not cover. Then I asked them to discontinue in order to avoid from paying money. Worst experience ever in my life. I am worried since it’s half white color. Never fall to trap. Cheating business

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They delivered our dining room table in 3 pieces and no screws to put it together. They said they would overnight them to me and to put it together myself! I called back 2 days later because we had not received screws yet. They then told me it would be month before I would get the screws, they were back ordered. So I went into the store and tried to find a resolution but they told me I would have to wait. I offered to buy the table from them at 50% off like it was and I would take on fixing it and finding screws that would work. They said they couldn't do that and would rather pick it up if I wasn't happy. This is a perfect example of a customer, no service company!!!!! I canceled all orders I had with them as well as have them picking up other furniture that was delivered correctly but I choose not do business with a company that can't take care of its customers!!! Bad company!!!!!!
Overall very good experience. Plenty of selection. Sales people weren't too pushy. Ordered a 3 piece, then came back next day to change to sectional. Prior day's salesman was quick and accommodating. Delivery scheduled for 3 weeks after. Crew was running a bit late, but called ahead. Items unpacked and set well.
Pasty was awesome!!! She was easy to speak to and not trying just to sell me something. I will go back to this location just because she represented the company so well. Also, this was my first trip to room to go and I will go back just because Patsy was so fun and professional. Love how she just gets to the facts. Thank you Patsy!!!
