Tina and Michael have been beyond helpful from the very beginning, and continue to be there for whatever we need. They are incredibly friendly and truly care about our pool building experience and over all satisfaction. One of the main reason went with TPP was because of how great Tina and Michael have been. We also chose TPP because we felt that they truly gave us most bang for our buck. The quality of equipment, materials, and pool size were all a huge selling point for us. We just finished our dig out phase with TPP and everything has been great and as smooth as it gets so far. Brian is the project manager for our pool construction, and he as been awesome to work with as well. He has made sure to stay on top of the project and any questions we have had along the way. We are very satisfied with the job so far, and can't wait to see the completed product. I highly recommend using TPP, and especially Tina, Michael and Brian, for anyone looking to build a pool.

Great public pool and small play pool for kids, free for Miami beach residents but visitors pay a fee.

First and foremost, Texas Pools & Patios were the only ones that would talk to us. This is huge if you're one of the many of us that want a smaller pool that fits your lifestyle. We didn't have $50,000+ to spend, nor did we want to even if we did, however, we were treated with the same urgency and respect as a high end customer. Brian and his crew never left us hanging, Taylor is always there for our service needs and even when we had an issue with calcium on our rock, which was no fault of TP&P, Neil, the owner, personally came out and promised to make it right.

Tried to work with these folks twice now. The first time was a high pressure sales experience with the sales guy texting and emailing regularly pressuring us to proceed with them. The office visit resulted in high pressure to sign the contract on the spot without really going over the proposal. They had made the final cut and we were highly considering using them. The second time we asked for someone new and conveyed that we were interviewing builders and that we would review proposals and visit offices of several of the top contenders. We were promised a design/proposal within a week. No measurements were even taken onsite, either of the home or the elevation (other builders all measured and shot the elevation). Come time for the design/proposal to be sent we instead received a response stating that they would not work with us or present us a proposal until we came into their office to become "part of their pool family". I am not becoming part of someones "pool family" before I even know what they are trying to sell me and at what cost! You will want to go through several iterations of changes to get the design right and/or the designer may have totally missed what you are shooting for but they are more concerned with getting you in the office and trying to get you to sign on the spot. Do yourself a favor and work with someone that lets you process information and work iteratively so you don't regret on the spot choices later.

Just finished our pool and it looks amazing. Quick and easy process. Neil and Robert were a pleasure to do business with.

There are a lot of choices out there and most likely, building a pool doesn't fall under one of your personal strengths of knowledge. These guys were open and honest about the parts of your pool build that are truly important; pebble vs plaster, the right size pump, etc. I can say these are important because I'm a research freak and found everything they sold me on to be true. Great job Neil, Rick, Brian, Taylor, and Brandy!
