Well, almost 4 years later I am STILL with Monica. Why? Because she has NEVER let me down, whether it be my cut, color, or pleasant , fun conversation. She is truly talented and actually listens to her clients. I am still OCD about my hair, and unlike other stylists who get annoyed with clients telling them what not to do with their hair, Monica encourages me to show her, or actually gives me the comb to let me part my hair, and even wants me to check it to see if I see anything I want changed before I get out of the chair. I have always been more than satisfied with the results. I have never had to ask her to change a thing about the style she has given me. I have had to reschedule with her in the past and she has always been understanding and accommodating. However, I do give her at least 24hrs notice, because, as a small business owner myself, I understand that frequent cancellations at the last minute are disrespectful. If she can't rebook that time slot on short notice it affects her paycheck which in turn negatively affects her livelihood. Most people, unless there is an emergency, are able to give at least 24hours notice. I am a healthcare professional for 30 years and almost all physicians offices will tag on a $25 or more cancellation fee. Thank you Monica for the excellent service you provide.
Monica rocks! I've got thick, curly hair that has been poorly cut in the past until I found her 15+ years ago. I'd never ventured into color either, but she does an amazing job of making it look natural. I highly recommend Monica as a complete hair stylist.
I have been going to Monica for 15 years. When I first went to her, I had bought a box of ash blonde hair color from Walgreens... People listen to me and listen to me good... Do not use box color!!! I came to her as an orange, green, purple, blonde and tearful hot mess. I was from that moment on a customer of hers for many many years. And then I lost my job and tried to save a few bucks and go to someone else who was half the price..... I again ended up back in Monica's chair, less of a hot mess but still some hot messiness was going on..... let's face it people when it comes to your hair you get what you pay for and she's not even expensive! I will never leave her again my hair is finally pretty and healthy again and I have learned some hard lessons, mainly no outfits go with messed up fugly hair!!!! I love Monica FOREVER❤
