After 3 other ER visits, admittance in Seton Main on 38th, a slew of tests and a ton of stress, it took one visit to Cedar Park ER and Dr. Combs to finally give us an answer as to what we were experiencing. Dr. Combs went out of her way to sift through 100+ pages of previous paperwork and also ensured a specialist appointment the next day, and this specialist is booked 3 months out. Dr. Combs reacted swiftly and helped to relieve a weeks worth of unanswered questions and non action. I'm not sure who monitors these reviews but I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend this ER to anyone and I truly hope Dr. Combs gets the recognition she deserves.

I am not able to pay my bill online, and they will not answer my phone calls. I am outraged. My credit is going to be ruined because of this, and it is not even my fault.

Their billing sucks. I had/have a problem with my insurance and billing. I called the number on the bill and held on the line for a half hour. NO ONE ever answered. Called the local number and was transferred to the same phone number I just held on to for a half hour. Until they get a billing company that is competent. Go somewhere else.Anywhere else.

Service is good, billing department is awful. One and a half years after my visit, about ten plus calls to these people, my doctor and insurance and they still can't figure it out. I'm still receiving bills for service I received on 1/26/16. Originally they had 3 dates they couldn't figure out. They finally figured out 2, but they're still over billing me for this one, and now it's in collections and hurting my credit. My doctor has sent the correct referrals multiple times, my insurance says they have received the correct referrals, and with my insurance I only ever had to pay $25 copay. At first they charged about $3,000, got it adjusted to $300, then it went back up to $3,000, and back an forth. I finally thought I had it figured out, and moved away, but recently found out they have been sending the bill once again to my in-laws. After this debacle, before moving, we moved to St. David's north, had multiple things done, delivered a baby, had 0 problems ever. $25 for every single thing(I'm on tricare prime as a medically retired veteran), no problems whatsoever. Only ever had problems with these people. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague and driving down to St. David's North

I understand patients are seen by severity, however, if the staff has time to sit around, I'm sure they could seat patients in a room to be seen, especially given the fact that at night, children want to go to sleep and be comfortable. Instead, children sit in the waiting room restless. I'd imagine children with 102+ degree fevers, coughing, and vomiting would be quick to diagnose and push the patient through quickly. But my imagination of a quick screening and treatment is far fetched seeing how staff has time to stand around.
