Terrible customer service. Took ten minutes to make my basic sandwhich off the menu and was still wrong when I got it.
Worst customer service ever.. This place needs to do a much better job at at training its assistant managers. I would not recommend this location. I accedently ordered the wrong sandwich.. And they wouldn't even replace it.. Unless I paid for another sandwich. I am very disappointed.. What ever happen to pleasing the customer. I guess Jimmy Johns doesn't subscribe to that ideology.
I've never had a problem with this location, staff has always been friendly with me. Never have had my order go wrong. Try the wheat bread!
The order taker Rachel was phenomenal but the delivery driver was something else, was told it would take 10 min it took him over 34 minutes for a 0.8 mile trip down the road...
