After finally reaching John a few days later, he kept calm as i was very aggravated, cleared up contract issues and was extremely helpful.
I have been renting a storage spot for 3 years now and always get exceptional service from the employees here. The property is clean and well kept up.
Terrible service, storage unit was also broke into, security is a joke, service is even worse, attempted to contact for weeks multiple times a day, could never get ahold of anyone, and after canceling they continued to charge me, the absolute worse service ive ever had.

Awesome Service! Very Clean Facility! Excellent Pricing! Love the fact that they have a 13' moving van available for me to move all of my items from my previous unit to this unit!
Ease of access. Friendly staff. Like having a large van for free use initially then for a nominal rental fee.. No hassel. Good place to store your stuff.
