Stayed here for two months. I would say 75% permanent/ semi-permanent residents, and 25% visitors. The spots closest to the front gate are for short term guests. The park offers daily, weekly, and monthly reasonable rates. Office staff was very kind and friendly. Not difficult to arrange my reservation over the phone. I have a mixed boxer breed ~50 lbs and they were very kind and welcoming to her and myself. They do require all pets on leash which was fine by me. There were other medium to large breed dogs in the park with other residents. Only a few residents had stuff piled outside their campers. But everyone was very friendly, I didn't feel scared to stay there by myself. I didn't give it 5 stars because the spots are not very large, so for those who can't back-up very well you might have a hard time getting in between some of the trees. No extra facilities (no laundry, bathrooms, pools, dog park, etc). The closest laundry mat which I used was Wash-it-all which was extremely clean and reasonable costs.
