I went to opening weekend, and everyone was super nice so I decided to go back. When I went back the store was empty, only two employees in the whole store one of which was the store manager. I just had a few questions and the other employee was busy so I found the store manager to ask her, instead of answering my question she brings me to the busy employee and tells me he'll take care of me, he told me he'll be with me after the person in ftront of me(understandable). After half an hour of waiting I just left. Arn't store mangers suppose to know everything about the store and be willing to help you, she just went back to the isle to count there product. Wont be going back to that Petco.
One of the best pet stores I've been in. Active pets, happy people, clean store. Great place.
time I learned the appointment was not in the system. At first I thought I called another Petco so redialed the number again and it was the right place. And more we talked I was sure he was the one I talked. There is no way he wouldn't remember me - we talked about five minutes over the phone regarding what kind of services they have, what to bring, etc. He was quite helpful at that time. Still puzzled why he didn't just apologize and start over.
Had our two dogs bathed and groomed. They were very professional and listened to what we wanted and then provided just what we asked.
