Always understaffed, takes forever even just to make deposits. Ridiculous hours during the week... if you work like a normal person, you can forget about getting anything done at this location.

The staff at this location has always been very professional and courteous. There are never long lines and the service is quick. The location is conveniently accessible and all my banking needs have been able to be fulfilled from there.
Went to this branch to make a deposit this morning. Lines were long and one person working. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind the wait, however when then man in front of me took his turn and made a comment about the long wait, the young woman working immediately snapped at him and rudely said, "I'm doing the best I can". Granted that was a true statement but completely rude and unprofessional and delivered with attitude. A simple, " I'm so sorry". Would have been sufficient .
They don't care to deal with people or customers with less then perfect credit
