Reserved a rental online and had received a confirmation email. Went to pick up the car (after dropping my husband's off for repairs) only to find out that Enterprise had no car for me and would not have one anytime soon. Not only that, there was a line of people also waiting for their 'reserved' cars that weren't available, and I was offered the opportunity to 'wait my turn' for a car to become available. Obviously, that wasn't going to work (I had worked all night and had to be to work again in a few hours- I needed to get home and sleep). Thank goodness for ride-sharing!
Great Customer Service! However I was "upgraded" because they did not have the type of car I reserved. I felt the "upgraded" car was actually a downgrade. It was smaller and had less features. However, my past experiences have been great!
The representative at Enterprise was very expedient and courteous in her service to me. The rates were great for round trip from Texas to Florida and the vehicle was very spacious and reliable. I even got a free upgrade. I have used Enterprise Car Rental for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Great place to rent a vehicle. I would call their 800 number first because the rates online are a whole lot more expensive than what you are quoted on the phone. My reservation was a last minute reservation and still got a fantastic rate from them.
Staff was good, my rep was new so took a bit longer than I had hoped. Car had thick film on the inside of the windshield which I didnt notice until it got dark and started to rain. Console was full of fast food napkins. It helped to clean the windows so I guess that was a blessing .
This is the second time I have rented a car from Enterprise. The staff is friendly and always pleasant. The car that I rented the first time was a 2017 Kia Sportage, it was well kept and got surprisingly good mileage. I really liked the way it handled. This past weekend I rented an Infinity Qt30. To be quite honest I liked the Sportage better than the Infinity. The infinity had that great new feature where the car shuts down when ever it idles at a stop light. So when the light turns green the car goes "clunk". I would pass on the Infinity Qt30, but it is the car, not Enterprise. Enterprise has my car rental business. It a great place to rent a car.
