I have rented from this location twice now, considering it is conveniently located relative to the office I work at. Both times, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received and the timeliness of the employees. It is an in and out affair, highly recommend this location.

Great service and great vehicle! The Toyota Sienna that I rented was in very good shape, was clean and it was a no-hassle experience. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they informed me that it was due a service and I had to sit for a lengthy while until the service was complete. But other than that, It was great.
Not the greatest customer service. Long waits, forgets customers, shows up without notifying you or calling you instead of getting out to notify you. Sometimes you can wait over an hour only to call 3 times and then be told you were never on the list to be picked up. Randomly charge you for fees that are not your responsibility. I highly recommend Enterprise if you are looking for someone professional. Or another Hertz location.
Forget the airport or the big rental car mega lots. This is small, effective, fast, and smart...not to mention nice! They always have a car, they "over deliver" and they give you the benefit of the doubt! Their receipting process is perfect...turned a car in at midnight....receipt by 9:00 am! Go Cedar Park!
