The first time we went through the self serve car wash was a great experience! My car has never been this clean with a different car wash. They have someone there to spray and prexlean the car which is very nice! The second time we went the guy rolled his eyes at me as I tried to get exactly in the roller with my tires, which was rather disappointing. He clearly didn't want to be washing cars at 8am. Otherwise, awesome car wash! Can't wait to try the inside and exterior next time I don't have two kids with me!
First time coming here (I believe they recently changed names to Otter) and terrible outcome. The gentleman who helped me was nice but the job itself was rushed. I paid for the $31 interior and wash option and they didn't even wipe my seats down properly, rims are still dirty, they didn't vacuum the sides of my seats and my windshield is still dirty and streaky! See photos. I was hopeful this was going to be a decent place but unfortunately it was not. Don't bother paying for anything other than the quick wash as they will do a half-fast job
My coupon wasn't working and a guy came out to offer assistance and just gave me the credit! Keep in mind it was just for a simple wash but still! Only been here twice and both times have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! They do a great job and are SUPER nice!
Great wash. Guy didn't do the windows. Paid for full interior service. Called the place an got voice mail will stop in tomorrow morning and see the manager. I went back and they did the windows. Still not to sure if I will go back to them.
Used to be a decent car wash. Just went through today, don't waste your money. Adentant brushed my car without spraying it first. Car Wash barely functioned, like it was in need of serious maintenance. Vacuums were useless. Like I said, don't waste your money here.
