Customer service is horrible, I went to return a dress and got sent to 3 different places in the same department because they are strict on employee hours, & then when I go to a different person to do my return she seems annoyed about the return and snatching the receipt out of my hand, and giving me back my receipt in an igly manner. Just seemed super annoyed, and when someone came up to ask for something she wouldnt even let them finish and would send them to the fitting room. This was in the women dress department.
Oxsana is exceptional. She sold us two pairs of shoes. We tried on so many and she was always so helpful and patient with us. The other sales people that day 10/7/17 were very good as well. I found some great sales and I plan on returning and reopening my Dillard's credit card.
Great store. Hard working associates, exemplary manager and great selection.
Terrible customer service. I was shopping in the men's store. The store was not busy, as I counted 2 other customers in the store besides me. I passed 2 employees in the store- both within 5 feet of me at different times. They never greeted or said a word to me.
My wife and I stopped by and bought some nice clothes today in the sale they had. We were helped by an older and very small lady named Kay. She was very sweet and helpful.
