Had to go to 3 different sears to fine my shoe size they all say they have it in Stock and they didn't payed online 29.99 no one had them so I did a return next day I found them at mall for 39.99 I told them that I purchased them and returned them yesterday cuz no had them in Stock they were like sorry but our online prices change every Sunday so u have to pay 39.99 really bad bad customer service
We bought riding mower and it didn't work. They brought us another mower, didn't fit even though we told them the size of the gate. We paid for them to pick it up. Also, they told us they would work around our work schedule and they didn't. Now, the third mower we received worked one time and now does not work. I have had a lot of riding mowers and never this much trouble. Craftsmen is not a good mower.
Staff in the tool department is useless!!! They only have one person working the counter everytime I go in there. Forget trying to call for information, 90% of the time no one will answer. And if you're lucky enough to get an employee to pick up, they couldn't tell you anything useful.

Ridiculous refund policy. I made a purchase for some tools, and a portion of my purchase was paid for using a Visa giftcard. One of the tools I purchased did not work out, so I returned to sears to refund it. I paid $25 on a Visa gift card that I threw away and almost $60 on my own debit card. Their "system" required that the $25 spent on the gift card be returned to the gift card, and since I no longer had it, had to go to a Sears card only. There is now $25 of MY money on a Sears gift card that I can only use at Sears because of their system. The rep assisting me refused to discuss any other options, and would not take any other actions. If you HAVE to shop here and there is a chance of a return DO NOT PAY WITH A GIFTCARD!!
