I will never buy anything here ever. And urge you to rethink who you employe there.
I have frequented this place and it seems like every time I step in the door, there is some sort of problem. The last time I sent my wedding ring in to be serviced, they gave me a date to pick it up. I came in on that date and was told that it had not even been started yet, no one knew why. That was about two months ago. I came in about a week and a half ago to drop off another ring to be serviced and the lady asked if I wanted my wedding ring cleaned. I told her it was recently serviced, but I guess so. She came out from the back and informed me that she barely put it in the cleaner and one of the diamonds fell out. I explained to her that I just had the prongs tightened on my service visit less than two months ago and that it concerned me that it had fallen out. They sent it off. I explained to her that my wife and I were going on our aniversary and renewing our vows and needed it back ASAP. She told me they would overnight it and have it back imediately. Well, that did not happen. I am now two weeks out and was called this morning and informed that my other ring was back, but the jeweler was waiting on my wedding ring until they could find a matching diamond. I do know that if a diamod falls out they send it in, so I guess they take me for a fool as well. I will not be shoping here again.
Update. We have the wedding band and it is far more gorgeous than before. My guy even caught a glimpse of a wedding band he is interested in. Which is a first.
While walking around we stopped at a case where this man was standing, he was a rude judge mental ass. I felt like he was looking down at us, like we couldn't afford anything in there. As well as judging me and husband. I can not explain how rude this man was.

My guy and I found the perfect wedding band here. :) Although we are waiting for it still, I am looking forward to having it.
Horrible manager Tiffany! My necklace was broken and under warranty and I was given a day to pick up a new one. When I called to check on it they had no record of the order. It took 4 more phone calls and calling the customer service manager and I still don't have my necklace. We never heard back from the cs manager either. Its been 4 months!
I grew up going Zales Jewelers in the mall. I would fantasize about the perfect cut diamond that my future husband would offer me. Now I'm 18. My boyfriend just bought me a promise ring from this Zales. I'm so excited. It is a little big for my finger, but I'm going to have it sized.
Also it was crazy hot, I was denched in sweat.
The people here were incredibly rude. My anniversary is coming up and I wanted to stop by with my husband to hint him in the right direction. And this obnoxious women would not leave us alone; but I just took it as she was pushing for a sale, which I understand. But she was Just plan pushy. She was very push to my husband which made my husband feel uncomfortable.
